3. User Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about project requirements
• Conduct themselves professionally in all interactions
• Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities

Talent/Developers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about skills and experience
• Maintain professional standards in all work
• Honor commitments made through the platform
• Protect confidential client information

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in our pricing page and are subject to change with notice. Payment terms include:

• Monthly subscription fees (where applicable)
• Project-based fees as agreed upon
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Refund policy as stated in our pricing terms

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content remain the property of DevHire by Jobius or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared through the platform. This includes project details, business strategies, technical specifications, and personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• We are not responsible for the actions of talent or clients matched through our platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevHire by Jobius operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
